MCT Coordinator
POSITION DESCRIPTION
Coastal Veterans Repair Group is seeking Multi-Cable Transit/ Multi-Cable Penetration Cableway Coordinator. Previous MCT/MCP shipboard/shipyard production oversight preferred.
Coordinate, integrate and document each maintenance and modernization activity for MCT, MCP cableway
removal, installation and modification.
Ensure each maintenance and modernization cableway work item is incorporated into the Integrated
Production Schedule (IPS).
De-conflict each scheduling conflict as they are identified.
Ensure cableway work that impacts each critical path are maintained per the production schedule.
Control, track, monitor, the opening and closing of each cableway and cableway penetration.
Coordinate, manage, and control each effort and deliverable for the entire period of performance.
Participate in daily production meeting with each maintenance and modernization activity to resolve each
MCT/MCP issue. Ensure that each schedule and critical path work is maintained.
Attend and participate in each weekly progress meeting with key maintenance activity personnel to include
Prime Contractor, each Subcontractor, Alteration Installation Team, Intermediate Maintenance Activity and
Ship’s Force. The coordinator will provide work status, production progress, schedule, and each identified problem for each cableway.
Conduct weekly progress meeting with key maintenance activity personnel to review each cableway production progress, review work status, revised schedule, and identify each problem.
